J. Boyd called a meeting of the board of directors of Perea Elementary School to order on Thursday Sep 22, 2022 at 4:43 PM.

Approve Minutes
A. Langston made a motion to approve the minutes from Perea Elementary School Board Meeting on 08-25-22.
D. Moses seconded the motion.
The board VOTED to approve the motion.

- Final Report on October board meeting.

- Building Purchase
- Will purchase by end of year.
- EDI
- Spent time doing discovery work.
- Discovery report will be shared to enhance physical space.
- LRK and EDI working to provide cost estimates.

Finance
- Monthly finance GT3
- Reviewed budgets; August actuals.
- PPS taskforce met.
