Call the Meeting to Order
M. Sturdivant called a meeting of the board of directors of Perea Elementary School to order on Thursday Jul 22, 2021 at 4:50 PM.

Approve Minutes
K. Nichols made a motion to approve the minutes from Perea Elementary School Board Meeting on 06-24-21.
D. Moses seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

Grants,donations etc.
Higher Learning has a JumpStart program submission was completed for PES.
III. Facility

Janitorial Proposals
Three bids were received for janitorial services for the Schools of Perea
Abbco
Jani-Pro
Spirit of Excellence
Current services provided by temporary agency
Both response dates were missed and the board request review of proposals

Believe Memphis Academy
The relocation of Believe is moving rapidly into the old Corry Elementary building.
Timeline has moved to the beginning of September.

End of Year financials will be presented at August board meeting
Contracts regarding floor cost and all requested information regarding janitorial proposals should be emailed to M. Sturdivant
