C. Heng made a motion to approve the minutes from Board of Trustees Building Committee on 06-20-24.

II. Real Estate

A.

Update on current and prospective facilities

A. Kaynor reviewed the purpose and structure of the Excel Academy RI Building Committee with its newest members, J. Greenthal and C. Chhhay.

 

C. Reed and O. Stearns updated the Committee on the status of current facilities, including efforts to increase capacity at the 622 Woonasquatucket Ave. site in North Providence, and prospective future facilities.

Adjourn Meeting

C. Chhay made a motion to adjourn the meeting.
J. Greenthal seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
There being no further business to be transacted, and upon motion duly made, seconded and approved, the meeting was adjourned at 6:55 PM.
