Draft SY24-25 CEO Goals are enclosed in your packet. The Excel MA Board provided input on Nov. 8, and the Friends Board provided input on Nov. 22. The Excel RI Board is encouraged to provide input as well. Please reach out to Owen and Arthur with any questions or feedback on the draft goals by Dec. 13. The Friends Board Governance & Nominating Committee will then incorporate input and vote to approve the SY24-25 CEO Goals.

Thank you to the Board members who were able to attend the XLRI Academic Oversight Committee & School Improvement Team meeting on Nov. 7. We encourage all Board members to review the quarterly Excel RI Board academic data dashboard (here) and the enclosed Academic Oversight Committee update slides. Highlights are on Slides 3-4. The next Academic Oversight Committee & School Improvement Team Meeting is scheduled for January 30.

Excel MA & Friends of Excel Audit Review & Approval Meeting

  • The Excel RI FC attended optionally for informational and collaborative purposes.
  • The Excel MA & Friends of Excel FY24 audit reports were accepted.

 

Excel RI Audit Review & Approval Meeting

  • The Excel RI FC is meeting on Thurs., Dec. 5 at the CSEA, 6:20-7pm, to review and accept the XLRI audit.
  • The Excel MA & Friends FC are invited optionally for informational and collaborative purposes.
