B. Call the Meeting to Order

T. Cline called a meeting of the board of directors of A.C.E. Academy to order on Thursday Nov 6, 2025 at 7:05 PM.

C. School Mission

A.C.E. Academy will equip students from all backgrounds to succeed in the college and career of their choice by driving academic excellence, developing strong character, and instilling an entrepreneurial mindset.

D. Approve Agenda

J. Figueroa made a motion to Approve today's agenda.

C. Torrence seconded the motion.

The board VOTED to approve the motion.

E. Approve Minutes

C. Torrence made a motion to approve the minutes from A.C.E. Academy September 30, 2025 Board Meeting on 09-30-25.

K. Best seconded the motion.

The board VOTED to approve the motion.

F. Public Comment

*A.C.E. Academy Public Comment Policy is two per meeting for reaction to what has been discussed during the meeting.

II. Meeting Items

A. Staff Update/Approval

J. Figueroa made a motion to Approve the two new hires.

C. Torrence seconded the motion.

Laila Minott announced two new additions to our staff. She shared that

Ms. Jarmon will join us as a Sub from October through December, before transitioning to teach Graphic Art beginning in January 2026.

Mrs. Rowe will teach 5th grade ELA (English Language Arts).

The board VOTED to approve the motion.

B. Academic Data

Dr. Reese delivered an informative academic data review and school report card summary, announcing that A.C.E. Academy is experiencing its best start yet! The foundation for this success rests on our stable, consistent administration, our dedicated team of strong, experienced educators, and our clearly articulated strategic goals.

III. Closing Items

A. Adjourn Meeting

J. Figueroa made a motion to close the board meeting.

C. Torrence seconded the motion.

The board VOTED to approve the motion.

There being no further business to be transacted, and upon motion duly made, seconded and approved, the meeting was adjourned at 7:43 PM.
