Brainstorming ideas:

-After error analysis (perhaps in January) - selecting 1-2 items that upper loop students missed → unpack this conceptually and brainstorm how to help with these concepts in lower loop (beyond math time); embedding them into other student experiences that make it fun; particularly in the area of Geometry, has historically been an area that needs some attention (especially because it is not a priority standard)

Areas to highlight at renewal:

1. DTLs worked with Paloma to develop scope and sequence that shows alignment across the grades
2. DTLs lead high quality internal PDs such as , Developmentally Appropriate Practices  PD; PD on transference that aligns with teachers’ SMART goals
3. Systems - across school and teams (from enrollment, to attendance, to data analysis)
   1. DTLs have systematized how the highlight practices, teachers, team, share important, upcoming dates; we will continue to brainstorm how we measure impact
4. Connections to alumni
   1. Students have frequent communication with the school
