Mclass-certain grade are using progress monitoring-form small groups
Mclass instructions are groups
Start small to dig deeper which assessments will be used consistently
-Sheila will email Paloma to use our virtual meeting to solidify rubric for writing assessment/tracker
-Paloma-guidance on transference
Trends- newer teacher, too much teacher talk- working on clear objectives and pacing
Using Kim Marshall SOTEL rubric- making sure a level of mastery is areas already studied
Working on intellectual prep; what does productive struggle look like; what do student strategies look like
Lesson Planning- is collected from teachers who have received ineffective, no lesson plans- for people who have their own process, teachers have TP and pacing calendars
Work with Paloma on how we differentiate for teachers, how do we hold ourselves accountable to hold teachers accountable
