         2. DM - enrollment - K are nice 13 in a class; smooth start; kids settling in ex: fire drill; seem more mature; K/1 teachers - red thread curriculum; teachers are invested
         3. JT - new hires; warm and positive energy; invigorating; thorn - enrollment bud - reach for fundraising; plan for the year to offset the decline
         4. YB - Going from “good to great” by eliminating reds, strategically planning for mid unit assessments and spiral review days
