M. Mizzoni called a meeting of the board of directors of BOT Academy to order on Monday Apr 28, 2025 at 5:00 PM.

N. Henne made a motion to approve the minutes from Monthly Meeting on 04-22-25.
M. Mizzoni seconded the motion.
