M. Mizzoni called a meeting of the board of directors of BOT Academy to order on Thursday Mar 27, 2025 at 12:19 PM.

Approve Minutes
G. Borja made a motion to approve the minutes from Board Meeting 1/22 on 01-20-25.
The board VOTED to approve the motion.
