M. Mizzoni called a meeting of the board of directors of BOT Academy to order on Tuesday Feb 18, 2025 at 10:27 AM.

A. Bothner made a motion to approve the minutes from Monthly Meeting on 02-14-25.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
