M. Mizzoni called a meeting of the board of directors of BOT Academy to order on Tuesday Jul 16, 2024 at 9:59 AM.

A. Bothner made a motion to approve the minutes from Monthly Meeting on 07-15-24.
The board VOTED to approve the motion.
