Call the Meeting to Order
Jonathan Wasser called a meeting of the board of directors of El Camino Real Charter High School to order on Tuesday May 31, 2016 at 3:03 PM.

There was no flag present so the Pledge of Allegiance was not recited.

Public Comment on Non-Agenda Items and Agenda Items
There were no public comments.
E.
Closed Session
Larry Rubin made a motion to to go into Closed Session for a Conference with Legal Counsel on Anticipated Litation, for Conference with Labor Negotiators and to discuss Public employee Discipline/Dismissal/Release.
Dennis Thompson seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
