  4. Governance- By June 2025, ensure at least 7 active board members with diverse expertise, with onboarding and governance training completed for 100% of members within 60 days of appointment.
  5. Staffing- Hire 100% of mission, vision, and core values aligned teachers and staff by June 2025 to support a collaborative, student-focused culture.
