Call the Meeting to Order
M. Rosenthal called a meeting of the board of trustees of Inwood Academy for Leadership Charter School to order on Tuesday Jul 18, 2023 at 7:04 PM.

Approve Minutes
J. Patrick made a motion to approve the minutes from June Board of Trustees Meeting on 06-10-23.
J. Looney seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

The board was updated on the 2022 - 2023 graduation rate.

Finance and Facilities
The board was updated on the goals for finance and facilities for the 2022 - 2023 school
year. There was an ES building search shared with the board.

There being no further business to be transacted, and upon motion duly made, seconded and approved, the meeting was adjourned at 8:00 PM.

The three year fundraising plan was shared with the board.
1. Continue to seek new board members for the advisory board
2. Utilize a grant writer to secure funding as specific grants present themselves
3. Continue to host at least one local fundraising event to get the name of the school
out there
4. Have the board spend time discussing their goals for the future which may include
hiring a Director of Fundraising
