Call the Meeting to Order
K. Mangual called a meeting of the board of trustees of Inwood Academy for Leadership Charter School to order on Tuesday Apr 16, 2024 at 7:06 PM.

Approve Minutes
J. Almonte made a motion to approve the minutes from March Board of Trustees Meeting on 03-23-24.
J. Looney seconded the motion.
The board VOTED to approve the motion.

General Update:
Jenny Pichardo, COO/CFO, provided an update on all facilities;
- The Elementary School lease has been signed
- Next are the General Contractor bids and selections

There being no further business to be transacted, and upon motion duly made, seconded and approved, the meeting was adjourned at 7:42 PM.

General Update:
Christina Reyes, CEO, provided an update on school celebrations and Middle School state exams completion.
Elementary School Update:
Gaayathry Thiyagarajah, Elementary School Director, led a discussion on all current and ongoing updates regarding the Elementary School curriculum and potential schedules for the upcoming Kindergarteners and First graders. An update on all ongoing elementary school hiring was provided to the Board of Directors.
