Call the Meeting to Order
M. Rosenthal called a meeting of the board of trustees of Inwood Academy for Leadership Charter School to order on Tuesday Jan 17, 2023 at 7:08 PM.

Approve Minutes
S. Santo made a motion to approve the minutes from December Board of Trustees Meeting on 12-20-22.
J. Almonte seconded the motion.
The board VOTED to approve the motion.

The CEO shared the updates on leadership hiring status.

Fundraising, Finance and Facilities
- We accepted pro bono work from an architect met while attending the NYU communication course.
- $22K in savings
- Helping with visual deck of the elementary school
- We are currently vetting several architects for the project
