Call the Meeting to Order
K. Mangual called a meeting of the board of trustees of Inwood Academy for Leadership Charter School to order on Tuesday Dec 20, 2022 at 7:05 PM.

Approve Minutes
J. Looney made a motion to approve the minutes from November Board of Trustees Meeting on 11-15-22.
J. Almonte seconded the motion.
The board VOTED to approve the motion.

- A shell is being offered at the moment, which means we would have to build out the space
- Ongoing process

- Working with developer to see if the space next to the High School is available for us
Pro Bono Work:
- Carlos and Finance Committee are currently reviewing proposal
