Call the Meeting to Order
T. Almonte called a meeting of the board of trustees of Inwood Academy for Leadership Charter School to order on Tuesday Nov 27, 2018 at 7:30 PM.

Approve Minutes
J. Patrick made a motion to approve minutes from the Board Meeting on 10-13-18 Board Meeting on 10-13-18.
B. Girley seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
II. Board Committee Reports
A.
Academic Committee - Elementary School Plan
C. Reyes led preliminary Board discussion regarding the possibility of adding grades K-4 to IAL, including key rationale, resources, and design elements. Further information will be brought to the Board in the next few months to have a deeper discussion of the opportunity.
III. Fundraising Task Force

Fundraising Task Force
R. Graham updated the Board on recent fundraising activity and efforts, including: Rise to 22 Campaign brochure, Giving Tuesday, NYC Half Marathon, Trustee Fundraising plans (to be completed by January) and local partnerships.

Finance & Facilities
J. Pichardo udpated the Board on recent developments in the high school construction process including managing through ConEd delays and holiday embargo to keep work on track.

B. Girley made a motion to adjourn the meeting.
J. Patrick seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
There being no further business to be transacted, and upon motion duly made, seconded and approved, the meeting was adjourned at 9:00 PM.
