J. Patrick called a meeting of the board of trustees of Inwood Academy for Leadership Charter School to order on Friday Sep 21, 2018 at 1:55 PM.

New Board Member Candidate - Max Rosenthal
J. Patrick made a motion to approve Max Rosenthal to join the IAL Board of Trustees.
B. Girley seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

New Board Member Candidate - Kathleen Smith
J. Patrick made a motion to approve Kathleen Smith to join the IAL Board of Trustees.
B. Wilson seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
