Call the Meeting to Order
R. Graham called a meeting of the board of trustees of Inwood Academy for Leadership Charter School to order on Monday Oct 30, 2017 at 2:30 PM.

Approval of Charter Revision - Enrollment Reduction
M. Mahoney made a motion to to approve a charter revision reducing the total enrollment of Inwood Academy to 960 students for grades 5 - 12.
R. Graham seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
