R. Graham called a meeting of the board of trustees of Inwood Academy for Leadership Charter School to order on Tuesday Jan 17, 2017 at 7:15 PM.

Approve Minutes
T. Almonte made a motion to approve minutes from the Board Meeting on 12-20-16 Board Meeting on 12-20-16.
M. Mahoney seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
