Call the Meeting to Order
R. Graham called a meeting of the board of trustees of Inwood Academy for Leadership Charter School to order on Tuesday May 17, 2016 at 7:37 PM.

C. Reyes requested that the Annual Meeting dates be changed to 6/24 – 6/25.
The Board approved the change.
