Call the Meeting to Order
M. Mahoney called a meeting of the board of trustees of Inwood Academy for Leadership Charter School to order on Monday Mar 14, 2016 at 7:15 PM.

Approve Minutes
M. Mahoney made a motion to approve minutes from the Board Meeting on 02-23-16 Board Meeting on 02-23-16.
J. Looney seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

Christina discussed the Department of Education visit on May 25, and certain preparations.

Facilities Committee Report Out
The Facilities Task Force, JLL and Build Sprout discussed certain potential sites for a high school facility and the financing thereof.
