Call the Meeting to Order
C. Cain called a meeting of the board of directors of Durham Charter School to order on Monday Aug 5, 2024 at 8:01 PM.

Board Vote
- Mr.Quigley presented the present status of construction for new facility and recommendations for moving forward.
- Recommendations were discussed amongst the board.
M. Lesesky made a motion to approve the following items: 1) the school will move instruction to remote for high school only due to facility limitations until the September board meeting, at which point we will re-evaluate and 2) push the start of school year for High School ONLY from Wednesday, August 7th to Monday, August 12th.
C. Cain seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
There being no further business to be transacted, and upon motion duly made, seconded and approved, the meeting was adjourned at 8:30 PM.
