Call the Meeting to Order
C. Cain called a meeting of the board of directors of Durham Charter School to order on Wednesday Jul 10, 2024 at 8:00 PM.

State Health Plan
P. Edwards made a motion to approve Mr. Quiqley moving forward with Durham Charter School's application and entrance into State Health Plan per SB599.
C. Cain seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
