Mr. Quigley presented and discussd the Growth and Strategic Plan.

P. Edwards made a motion to adjourn the retreat.
E. Lembert seconded the motion.
The team VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
There being no further business to be transacted, and upon motion duly made, seconded and approved, the meeting was adjourned at 1:25 PM.
