Section 10004(b) (1) and (2) the Bryan Allen Stevenson School of Excellence will call for an executive session closed to the public pursuant to all subsections relating to the discussion of personnel matters in which names, competency and abilities of individual employees are discussed. |

There is a new policy relevant to public charter schools which actually went into effect January 1, 2025, but which few schools to date have reflected in their policies. The state has now set a deadline by which these policies must be officially adopted and posted on school (district) websites. The draft policy for BASSE was distributed for review June 18, 2025, and we will need to discuss and vote on the policy during the June 24, 2025 Board meeting. |
