Is the budget for the campus build-out included in this budget or recorded on the balance sheet? When will the two align?
Additionally, please follow up on the process to amend the budget in light of the QBE decrease, which will require a public notice. (Inquiry on approval or amendment of budget and Recommendation from 21 Cobalt is to do that, and that we would need to do a call meeting before the June meeting. A called Board Meeting for a Public Hearing.)
