Call the Meeting to Order
E. Estrada-Olufade called a meeting of the Finance Committee of Simple Vue Academy to order on Wednesday Nov 19, 2025 at 12:21 PM.

Approve Minutes
A. Helton made a motion to approve the minutes from Finance Committee on 10-15-25.
E. Estrada-Olufade seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

Monthly Financials
- Full October financials are not yet available. Erika will forward to Committee once they're available.
- There continues to be a delay in CSP reimbursement. Shown on the statements as "accrual".
- Erika will follow-up with Nandi on receipt of additional grant funding.
- Current DCOH is 33.6 days
