Review Financials

Audit has been completed.  Final report issued last week.  Libby will forward report to Fin Comm members.

Adjustments from Audit have been added to June Revenues and Expenses.  Net amount is +$65K.

For month of September - largest variance in expenditures was purchase of playground equipment ($104K).  In addition, there were some higher food and legal expenses.  The former is just a one time expense.  With the latter, these aren't expected to be recurring items.  Food expense was higher but related revenues were also higher so everything is in-line as planned for the year.

  • Annual Fiscal Monitoring Group 1 Submission Window: September 14, 2026 – October 19, 2026  Completed
  • FY26 (2025-2026) Annual Audit Report  - Submission Deadline: November 2, 2026 Completed
  • Cycle 1 CPI/FTE/SC Data Submission - Deadline October 30, 2026 Completed
  • SCSC Task Submission Window: October 20, 2026 – October 27, 2026 Completed

The following three DE046 tasks must be completed: October 27, 2026

  • FY26 DE046 Final Budget  Completed
  • FY26 DE046 Financial Actuals  Completed
  • FY27 DE046 Initial Budget Completed
