In an effort to reduce monthly costs, we are proposing switching Telephone services to Strawberry Communication. I have attached a First Digital monthly invoice (current provider) and the Strawberry Communications proposed invoice.

The printers, front office and back office, at the junior high need to be replaced. 
We have the option to purchase or lease.

  D. Definition of At-Risk Students
   

In conjunction with our Enhancement for At Risk Student (EARS) funding, the Board must define what it means to be at-risk of academic failure.  See attached proposed definition.

New policy discussing our video surveillance system along with storage and usage of footage.
