As part of our safety requirements, all areas where children play during the day should be fenced. 

To accomplish this, we propose 

  1. adding a fence between the Elementary and Junior High with automated gates;
  2. automating the gates on the south side of the Junior High;
  3. automating the gates on the north side of the Elementary.

We requested bids from the following companies:

  • Ace Fab and Welding
  • Rocky Mountain Fencing 
  • All Fence Supply

We only received a bid from AFW. We have used them before, and we have been happy with their work. 

 

Recommend Board approval of the AFW quote for fencing, items #2, #3, #4. Total: $50,896

The FY27 budget was created considering this expense.
