K. McLean provided enrollment data for the month, as well as interim assessment data from the beginning of the school year, current events, staffing openings and searches.
The board discussed the local environment surrounding the schools and community concerns.

L. Licygiewicz debriefed the board on the meeting with local leaders about the concerns with neighborhood safety surrounding the schools.

Albany County Sheriff /School Safety Update
The board and school leaders discussed pathways forward to address the negative and unhealthy environment surrounding the schools amid the presence of a methadone clinic down the street. R. McLaughlin offered to connect the school leaders with the County Sheriff to address safety concerns.
