M. Snyder called a meeting of the Governance Committee of Brighter Choice Charter Schools to order on Thursday Apr 14, 2022 at 8:31 AM.

Child Nutrition Update
L. Lyciegiweicz discussed the single bid for a school nutrition contract going forward.

Charter School Network proposal
Grant focused on Albany housing development tutoring project in concert with other charter schools. Proposal was submitted yesterday.

K. Ford discussed enrollment and registration snapshot for current and incoming class for Fall '22/'23 which is trending positively.
She presented academic updates, NYS exam schedule and shortened school calendar due to unused snow days, and staffing updates.
K. Ford described an incident with a scholar.
She described positive incentives for students for the rest of the year as well as COVID numbers to report.
