N. Maresca made a motion to approve the minutes from Board of Trustees Meeting on 05-13-21.
P. Romain seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
II. Governance
A.
Bond Refinance
P. Romain made a motion to move forward with Bond refinance.
N. Maresca seconded the motion.
Robert Mclaughlin will recuse himself from any discussions and votes concerned with refinance as his firm will be retained as counsel. Any required recusal will be adhered to.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

BCCS Board Meeting Calendar
N. Maresca made a motion to adopt the board calendar as presented by L.L. with two date amendments.
Z. Nelson seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
