Call the Meeting to Order

T. Hanmer called a meeting of the Finance Committee of Brighter Choice Charter Schools to order on Thursday Jan 14, 2021 at 9:29 AM.

Approve Minutes

R. McLaughlin made a motion to approve the minutes from Finance Committee meeting on 09-24-20.
T. Hanmer seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

Approve Minutes

R. McLaughlin made a motion to approve the minutes from Finance Committee Meeting on 11-12-20.
T. Hanmer seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

II. Finance

A.

TYD updates

S. Jahn reported that our YTD figures are on par with the budget. The shcools should be receiving payments from districts. Schenectady owes about $400,000 between the two schools. Albany withheld payments requesting additional PORs. Lansingburg is the only district who is holding back funding from the 20% state withholding. 
M. Snyder asked about the 403B uodate and S. Jahn reported that the 5500s are complete.
