Call the Meeting to Order
M. Snyder called a meeting of the board of trustees of Brighter Choice Charter Schools to order on Friday Aug 23, 2019 at 9:38 AM.

Approve Minutes from June 20, 2019 Board Meeting - Election of Officers
T. Hanmer made a motion to approve minutes from the Annual Board Meeting: Election of Officers on 06-20-19 Annual Board Meeting: Election of Officers on 06-20-19.
Z. Nelson seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

Approve Mintues from the July 18, 2019 Board of Trustees meeting
N. Velilla made a motion to approve minutes from the Board of Trustees Meeting on 07-18-19 Board of Trustees Meeting on 07-18-19.
T. Hanmer seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
