Call the Meeting to Order
M. Snyder called a meeting of the board of trustees of Brighter Choice Charter Schools to order on Tuesday Feb 26, 2019 at 9:38 AM.

Approve Minutes from Janaury 18, 2019 Board Meeting
A. Smith made a motion to approve minutes from the Board Meeting on 01-18-19 Board Meeting on 01-18-19.
N. Velilla seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

Budget
A. Smith made a motion to approve amended SY 2018-19 Budget.
Z. Nelson seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
III. Governance
A.
Board of Trustees and Staff Meet and Greet session
- This event has tentatively been scheduled for May 28, 2019.
- School Tours also tentatively scheduled, as follows:

- BCCSB 5/9/2019

Tabled. Will be revisited at the March 7,2019 Board of Trustees meeting.
