M. Snyder reported on the Governance Committee meeting just prior. She gave updates on enrollment for both the Girls and Boys' schools. The principals have reported on events and recruitment efforts, as well as professional development planning. Enrollment was the primary focus for both schools and converting applicants to fully enrolled students, especially in Kindergarten. Over enrollment is encouraged due to natural attrition at the beginning of the year. The committee entered into executive session to discuss a personnel issue.
