Call the Meeting to Order

N. Taylor called a meeting of the Governance Committee of Invictus Nashville Charter School to order on Monday Sep 16, 2024 at 6:30 PM.

Approve Minutes

N. Taylor made a motion to approve the minutes from Governance Committee Meeting on 08-15-24.
The committee VOTED to approve the motion.

Recruitment Handbook

Neysa is going to draft a recruitment handbook. 

  • October 3, 2024. 
  • Undecided on background check. Will bring information to the Board Meeting for a vote.

Board Marketing Flyer

Board Marketing Flyer to be created by Neysa by 10/3. 

 

Discussion with DOO to determine his level of support with marketing/branding.
