Items with facilities that exceed my limit as CEO will need to be approved in rapid succession. 

 

We have established a process that gives Neysa and possibly one other person permission to approve these expenses via our bill.pay invoice system. 

 

I would like a board vote to approve facilities items that exceed my approval alone through this process.
