|
On 9/22/20, the district had an IT outage which caused schools to not be in session online. This outage applied to Cold Spring School and as such, we need to make up a school day. The Administrative team is recommending that Wednesday Nov. 25, 2020 now be a virtual learning, make-up day for all of our students. This was originally part of the Thanksgiving holiday and students would not have been in session.

As presented at the September meeting for discussion, it is desired for Cold Spring to alter the 2020-2021 Board Meeting schedule. We are proposing that the full Board has a regular meeting every other month, instead of the current monthly meeting. This allows for Committees to meet on the 'off' months and then prepare a Committee report for the following month's full Board meeting. This would begin in January 2021. The proposed calendar is attached and the following Committees will be formed:
