- Key findings:

1. Security and Management Support are weaknesses

2. Infrastructure is a potential problem (specifically how the server is driven by third party college equipment)

3. Dark Web Scan had multiple hits

 

Next Steps:

1. Share the results with the Tecaba Team...identify how they can assist.

2. Review and evaluate the current service provider services (We need to choose a team who can assist with the expansion as well)

3. Set a monthly strategy and oversight of the technology division. 

 

We currently have over 360 devices on the two campuses. the maintenance, updates and oversight of these devices is a weekly project. We currently have an agreement that provides four hours of in-person support on each campus per week. 

 

This is over $100,000 in devices and assets.
