A.
Discuss potential amendment to the Florrent closing terms
Mr. Hipwood provided an overview as to why the terms of the potential investment have changed. Discussion ensued.

Vote on amendment to closing terms
Y. Hao made a motion to Approve the amendments to the pre-investment terms and action sheet as presented.
W. Asher seconded the motion.
The board VOTED to approve the motion.
