Call the Meeting to Order
E. Westendorf called a meeting of the School Performance Committee of E.L. Haynes Public Charter School to order on Tuesday Nov 27, 2018 at 9:00 AM.
II. School Performance
A.
School Updates
Hilary, the CEO, provided an update on the 2019-20 School Calendar, the 15-Year Renewal Process with PCSB, and shared multiple upcoming opportunities with committee members to engage with the school community.

Reflecting on Q1 Dashboard
The Committee reviewed the dashboard following the end of the first quarter of SY2018-19, and discussed data themes from the ACADEMIC and CULTURE commitments.
C.
Strategic Plan Update & Feedback
The Committee reviewed and gave feedback on current strategic planning questions and gave guidance on the overall strategic planning process.
D.
OSSE STAR Ratings and Report Card Update
Hilary gave a high-level overview of OSSE's new STAR Framework and shared additional details about the forthcoming December 2018 release.
