Call the Meeting to Order
E. Westendorf called a meeting of the School Performance Committee of E.L. Haynes Public Charter School to order on Monday Oct 22, 2018 at 4:30 PM.

School Updates
Hilary provided the Committee with an update on the beginning of the 2018-19 school year and upcoming opportunities for Board engagement.
B.
College Office Update
Candace, Director of College Counseling, gave a comprehensive update on the Class of 2018 and a preliminary college graduation update on the Class of 2015.
C.
2018 School Quality Report (PMF) Update
Hilary reviewed E.L. Haynes' 2018 PMF Embargoed Results with the Committee.
D.
Review Timeline for 15-Year Charter Renewal
Hilary provided the Committee with an overview of the 15-year charter renewal process with PCSB and reviewed a timeline for completion.
