Call the Meeting to Order
A. Schlick called a meeting of the School Performance Committee of E.L. Haynes Public Charter School to order on Monday Feb 12, 2018 at 8:00 AM.
E. Westendorf called a meeting of the School Performance Committee of E.L. Haynes Public Charter School to order on Monday, February 12, 2018 at 8:00 a.m. at 4501 Kansas Ave NW.

Approve Minutes
M. Marino made a motion to approve minutes.
A. Smith seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
II. School Performance
A.
School Updates from CEO
Hilary Darilek provided updates on the following:
- College office data including acceptances to post-secondary institutions to date, pre-college program participation, and FAFSA completion
- Overview of the Class of 2017 attendance and credit recovery program
B.
Review Q2 Commitment Reflections and Highlights
The Committee reviewed the dashboard following the end of the second quarter of SY17-18.
III. Other Business
A.
Teacher Compensation Shifts and Implications for Budgeting
The Committee provided feedback on the proposed teacher compensation model that will take effect in SY2018-19. This portion of the meeting was open to all E.L. Haynes Board of Trustees.
