Call the Meeting to Order
A. Smith called a meeting of the board of trustees of E.L. Haynes Public Charter School to order on Monday Jun 6, 2016 at 9:10 AM.

Approve Minutes
M. Hall made a motion to approve minutes from the Board Meeting on 05-19-16 Board Meeting on 05-19-16.
R. Jones seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

Signing Authority Resolutions
S. Kershow made a motion to Approve.

The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

403(b) Contribution
A. Smith suggested that in 2017 the Audit and Finance committee look again to make sure that this level remains best practice.
