M. Brogdon made a motion to approve the minutes from Atlanta Unbound Academy Emergency Board Meeting on 04-05-23.
J. Funderburk seconded the motion.
The board VOTED to approve the motion.

- 2 contracts coming up for renewal
- No changes to expenses or expenditure
- Leadership personnel changes
- Conversations around how QBE funding is applied
- Cash balance has remained flat since our last board meeting
- Biggest change - uncategorized revenue
- Waiting to be reconciled and allocated in the books
- No significant change month over month
- Look at efficiency margin

- We have a school social worker

- Premise everyone should get 12 weeks
